Taking place at London鈥檚 Business Design Centre on 20-21 July, 2024’s National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival will bring together a stellar line-up of chefs on the Main Stage, including Sunday headliners  and .  

All set to prepare their signature dishes in the company of host , this year’s headline chefs will showcase the flavours of Italy, Brazil and beyond, offering food-lovers the chance to expand their repertoires with recipes from the world鈥檚 greatest culinary destinations.   

Saturday menu: 

The opening day of the National Geographic Traveller (UK) Food Festival will start with a Main Stage demo from . One of Ireland鈥檚 best-known chefs, he鈥檒l be showcasing the seafood of the British Isles, preparing stuffed Dover sole, Cornish crab, Orkney scallops and more. The Great British Bake Off 2015 winner  will follow, revealing the secrets behind her kulfi ice cream bars, before  takes to the stage to serve up his lamb shoulder ravioli with anchovy dressing. Seeing out the day, British-Ukranian chef, cookbook author and activist  will give visitors a taste of Ukranian cuisine with her grilled vegetable caviar.  

Sunday menu: 

Sunday ticket-holders can also look forward to a varied selection of live demos. The second day starts with pastry chef and author , who will be preparing her chocolate hazelnut caramel tart. Great British Menu judge and Mowgli Street Food founder  will then take to the stage to cook up her Bengali prawn curry before  showcases his love of Italian cuisine with his take on pasta e fagioli. , breakout star of the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, will then bring the festival to a close with her moqueca fish burger.
