Living360 announces Made to Move, an online panel event exploring exercise and nutrition across the menstrual cycle
takes place聽online via聽Zoom on聽19 February 2026, the one-hour event will focus on how exercise and nutrition can be adapted throughout聽your聽cycle to support energy levels,聽strength聽and overall wellbeing.聽
Hosted by acting editor聽础苍苍补听贰惫诲辞办颈尘辞耻, the panel features聽,聽women鈥檚聽health聽dietitian and聽performance聽nutritionist, and聽, an experienced fitness coach specialising in cycle-syncing exercise. Together, the panel will answer audience questions and share practical, expert-backed guidance that attendees can apply to their own routines.聽
