Throughout her internship, Mahalia gained immersive insight into various areas of editorial publishing, including assisting the subs department with research and fact-checking tasks, advertorial copywriting, gaining a deeper understanding of the digital and print side of National Geographic Traveller (UK) and curating the July and August newsletters. 

Using the constructive feedback she received, Mahalia drafted an article of her own, which she pitched to the National Geographic Traveller (UK) website. Looking back on her experience, she concludes: 鈥淥verall, the opportunity to push myself out of my comfort zone and gain new skills has made my time at 芒果77福利 extremely valuable. I was supported by a kind team who was willing to answer any questions and give me tips for my future career. I know that my time at 芒果77福利 has equipped me with the tools to help me succeed.鈥�
